With an illustrious career spanning over 23 years in the global hospitality industry, Chef Indrajit brings a wealth of culinary expertise that is set to further enhance the resort’s exceptional dining experiences.
Chef Indrajit Saha’s culinary journey has taken him across the world, enriching his skills and knowledge in some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts. His most recent role at Zulal Resort in Qatar highlighted his dedication to wellness cuisine and his innovative approach to gastronomy, incorporating traditional Arabic & Islamic medicine.
Having mastered diverse culinary landscapes in India, Maldives, St Lucia, Djibouti, Thailand, Vietnam, Seychelles and the Middle-East, Chef Indrajit’s multicultural culinary background is a valuable asset to the InterContinental Fiji team. His extensive experience with luxury brands like InterContinental, Kempinski and Sofitel is sure to inspire and mentor the local culinary team at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa.
