Fiji Sun, Tue 6 Feb – Flights between Tonga and Samoa are about to recommence after Polynesian Airlines stopped the service more than 10 years ago.
Real Tonga Airline launched a test flight in July last year, with the flight taking an hour an a half in a SAAB 340 plane. The plane seats 30 passengers and a full meal service is offered.
Real Tonga Airlines owner and chief executive owner, Tevita Palu, say that the Airline had also signed a codeshare agreement with Samoa Airways.
