Fiji Times Wednesday 01 March A MULTI-MILLION dollar property development planned by Carpenters Properties Ltd will change the outlook of the Suva foreshore from an empty lot to one of the finest tourism and real estate developments.
The company has plans to develop 10 acres of waterfront real estate and construct two three to four-star hotels, one of which would be constructed by Carpenters Properties Ltd.
At a press conference yesterday, WR Carpenter (PNG) Group of Companies Group CEO Sir Morgan Lourdenadin said they expected to invest $120 million in the first phase of the project which was expected to be completed in 2019.
Sir Morgan said the first phase of the project would include the construction of the hotel, commercial and retail centres. Read more…
