A CONTEMPORARY island cuisine training workshop aimed at the tourism industry is in progress in Rakiraki this week. Twenty-seven participants from resorts, hotels and restaurants within the region as well as women involved in tourism activities from the villages of Navai, Nabalasere,Nubutautau and Naga are expected to attend the workshop.
