Chef Saha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role, having begun his culinary journey alongside his mother in Kolkata, India. His background instilled in him a deep respect for ingredient quality and meticulous attention to detail, qualities that have shaped his career over the past seven years within IHG Hotels & Resorts.
During his time at various luxury establishments such as InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort, InterContinental Fujairah Resort, Lafayette in New York, and Zulal Wellness Resort in Qatar, Chef Saha honed his craft and contributed significantly to culinary innovation. At Zulal Wellness Resort, he established a gluten-free pastry kitchen and played a crucial role in developing wellness-focused desserts for Al Sidr, recognized as the Best Wellness Restaurant in the World.
