The HOTEC 2016 Cocktail Competition will be held on Thursday, 10th November 2016 from 2.00pm – 5.00pm at the Denarau Island Convention Centre, Sheraton Fiji Resort, Denarau Island, FIJI to crown this years “Bartender of the Year”.
There will be a pre- and post-competition Master class held in the same venue for all aspiring bartenders and interested individuals by Monin sponsors.
