Fiji Times Wednesday 27 September 2017 ONLINE billing payment system is fast becoming the in-thing nowadays, the latest being the Fiji National Provident Fund.
FNPF recently introduced their new bill payment system which is said to add more convenience to its key stakeholders in making contribution payments online.
While this is good news for those who get frustrated waiting long lines, the new service also allow employers to pay their FNPF contributions and voluntary members to deposit their funds to their FNPF account. This means that employers and members will no longer need to physically visit FNPF offices to make their monthly payments.
FNPF chief operating officer Jaoji Koroi said the new service was part of their digital strategy to lift standards and provide convenient and fast services.
“The fund is mindful that we need to continually upgrade and improve our service standards.
“This is just one of the many initiatives to assist in the collection of contributions,” he said in a statement yesterday. Read more…
