Fijivillage.com, 23 May 2019 – Fiji Revenue and Customs Service has collected $4 million Plastic Bag Levy through the VAT Monitoring System since its inception in December 2017.
This was highlighted by CEO Visvanath Das who says that this also through the implementation of the Electronic Fiscal Device.
Das says with this same system they have also collected $600,000 for Environmental Climate Adaptation Levy and $400,000 for Service Turnover Tax.…read more
