FRCA tightens border currency police

The Fiji Times, 13 February – THE Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority (FRCA) have well-trained and qualified customs officers at all port of entries clamping down hard on currency smuggling.

FRCA Chief Executive Officer Visvanath Das stressed this after an Asian national who smuggled into the country undeclared currency totalling $35,000 was arrested at the Nausori Airport last week. Read more…
