1245hrs: Team Fiji arrives on Air New Zealand flight from Auckland
1250hrs: Team Fiji arrives at Nadi International Airport and is facilitated by the Protocol Team, MOFA
1300hrs:The HonourablePrime MinisterRear Admiral(Retd.) Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama and the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Lieutenant Colonel(Retd. (https://publishedreporter.com/) ) Laisenia Tuituboureceive and welcome Team Fiji as they disembark from the aircraft.
Team Fiji led through to Serenaders where they will receive Vodafone’sT-shirts, whilst the Honourable Prime Minister departs for Prince Charles Park.
Team Fiji led through passport control.Team Fiji collect baggage and clear customs.
Fiji Airways to tag and recheck baggage to Nausori.AFL/Fiji Airways staff garland Team Fiji as they board the bus.
1330hrs: Depart for Prince CharlesPark from airside exit.
Team Fiji to travel via main road to Prince Charles Parkwith Police Escort (flexibility on arrival keeping in mind the publicwould waiting along the roadside).
1410 hrs:Guests to be seated.
Entertainment provided from 1300 hrs by Sangam High School Bandii.Natabua High School Bandiii.St Thomas High school Band
1430hrs: TEAM FIJI WELCOME CELEBRATIONS AT PRINCE CHARLES PARK hosted by the Government of Fiji.:The Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji,Rear Admiral(Retd.) Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama and the Minister for Youth and Sports Lt. Col(Retd.) Laisenia Tuitubouenters the park.
Team Fiji enters the park together with other members of the contingent and taketheir place onthe main stage.(All other VIPs will be seatedin the Grandstand, Protocol to organise)
1510 hrs:Formal Welcome Ceremonyb.Everyone to be up standing whilst the students singthe National Anthem.(Master of Ceremonies (MC)–Michelle Singh to encourage all to sing along).
c.At the conclusion of the national anthem, aninter-faith thanksgiving prayer will be delivered:
d.Traditional Ceremonies of Welcome by the Vanua O Vuda(organised by the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs):MCinvites the Chef de Mission to speak (5mins). At theconclusion of speech, Chef de Mission to take her seat.:The MCinvites the Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji, Rear Admiral(Retd.) Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama to deliver his address.
At the conclusion of speech, the Hon. PM will return to his seat.
Formal event concludes and the Team Fiji meets families and supporters.
1610 hrs:Team Fiji to depart Prince Charles Park for Nadi International Airport
1640 hrs:Arrive at Nadi International Airport (through the crash gate) fordomestic check in.
1700hrs:Fiji Airways carrying our TeamFijito depart Nadi for Nausori airport.
1730hrs:Arrival at Nausori Airport.Chef De Mission disembarks first and is received by Cabinet Ministers.(Hon. J. Usamate, Hon. R. Akbar , Hon. Dr. M. Reddy and Hon. M. Vuniwaqa)The chef de mission will introduce all team members to the Ministers.At the conclusion of each introduction,protocol officerswill leadthe athletes topick up their luggage and guide them toairside of the Airport.
1745hrs:Men’s Rugby Team will board a separate bus to depart for GPH via Kings Rd under police escort. Rest of the Teamwill depart for FASANOC’s Head Office(via Sawani Road).
1940 hrs:The 7s Rugby team is received at GPH by FRU officials for check in.

1045 hrs:Arrival of the His Excellency, The President Major General (Retd.) Jioji Konroteand the First Lady and to be escorted to the Stage
