It is my utmost pleasure to present to you a brief report of Pacific Rim – Global Chefs Semi Finals held in Melbourne last month (as attached)
As you must have seen many articles in the local newspaper and numerous posts on social media on the great achievement of Team Fiji Chefs whilst the above competition where our Moffat Fiji Chefs of the Year 2018 competed along with other Pacific Rim Chefs to secure a chance to compete at the World Chefs, Global Chefs Finals in Russia in 2020.
The results speak for itself on the level of the commitment shown by our competitors and as the Team Manager, it was a proud moment to stand with the team and fly our national flag high. There will be a lot happening towards Russia 2020 to enable our Champions to compete at the World Stage and more discussions in our AGM very soon.
