Fiji Times, Wed 7 Feb – USP students will be able to work on ‘attachment’ at Fiji Airways hangar under the supervision of senior Fiji Airways engineers
Fiji Airways and University of the South Pacific (USP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that will enable industrial attachment for engineering students with the national airline.
Fiji Airways managing director and CEO Andre Viljoen stated, “As the national airline, we’re happy to assist in the growth and development of Fijian students who are interested in aviation.”
USP Dean of Faculty of Science, Technology & Environment (FSTE), Dr Anjeela Jokhan added, “Today’s signing is the culmination of four years of work by both Fiji Airways and the University.”
