Fijivillage, 18 April – The Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation is now planning a forum with Fiji National University to address what they need from Fiji’s labour market.
CEO Nesbitt Hazelman says it is not an issue about how many they want but rather the quality and competency attached to the job seeker for the private sector as there is the additional cost of doing business when the skills brought into the industry are substandard. Read more…
