Members are invited to note the presentation provided by the Fiji Revenue & Customers Services (FRCS) on the EFD (Electronic Fiscal Device) Legislation – Tax Administration Regulations 2017 below.
The legislation provides the legal basis for the introduction of a new system for recording sales that will enable the transparent and reliable registration of all taxable transactions and thereby a more efficient monitoring as a consequence of the unification of invoicing procedures, amongst other noted benefits.
