Nadi, Fiji – Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has announced a series of senior leadership appointments that further reinforce its commitment to delivering world-class hospitality and cementing its position as a premier destination in the Pacific.
Regina Wilson has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing, bringing more than three decades of experience across Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan and Fiji. Having previously served as Market Director of Sales & Marketing for Marriott International in Fiji and Samoa, as well as Director of Sales & Marketing at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay, she will now lead the resort’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on business growth and brand positioning.
Joining as Director of Food & Beverage, Anand Ravi brings over 24 years of expertise in culinary operations and management, with a career that has spanned leadership roles at Marriott, Accor Hotels and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He will oversee the resort’s dining and event experiences, elevating its reputation as a destination for both leisure and business travellers.
The events division will be led by Amlesh Kumar, appointed Director of Events Planning. With a background in corporate hospitality and event management, he will oversee conferences, weddings and large-scale gatherings, and will play a central role in launching the resort’s new convention centre and ballroom in November.
Ajit Mishra has taken on the role of Rooms Division Manager, where he will oversee front office, housekeeping and guest relations. With extensive experience in hotel operations, he is tasked with ensuring seamless stays for all guests.
Rounding out the appointments, Shankar Makam has joined as Chief Engineer. With more than a decade of expertise in facilities management gained at The Indian Hotels Company and ITC Hotels, he will manage the resort’s technical operations and maintenance, ensuring a safe, efficient and sustainable environment for guests and staff.
