15 October 2024: Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa has appointed industry expert Lisa Costello as Director of Sales. Based in Australia, Costello will spearhead strategic sales initiatives to strengthen the resort’s market presence and expand its reach across key international and regional markets.
Costello is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience across the hospitality and tourism industry. She has previously held Director of Sales and Marketing positions at renowned hotel brands in Fiji, including Crusoe’s Retreat, Lalati Resort and Raffe Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Crowne Plaza, Costello held a key position as Business Development Manager at Novotel located in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Australia.
She brings a wealth of expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies. Her expertise also extends to business development, leadership and management, hotel operations, stakeholder engagement, strategic marketing and more.
