Fiji Sun, 29 December 2018 – Accident compensation for workers will now fall under Accident Compensation Commission Fiji (ACCF) from January 1, 2019.
This was announced by the Attorney-General and Minister for Economy, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, yesterday.
He said that given the provisions that had been made through the subsequent law that was approved by Parliament, employers now would no longer have to pay workers compensation or insurance for any death or injury at work. Read more…
