The Fiji Times, 22 August 2017 – A NEW book by a well-known Pacific chef and culinary educator has strongly urged people to eat healthy, local and seasonal foods.
The Kana Vinaka is written by Colin Chung and features natural flavours of oceanic cuisines.
“I just want to increase consumption of local produce and for people to eat healthy,” Chung said.
