Fiji’s ‘hidden paradise’, Savusavu, saw the launch of a new niche tourism operation this week – KokoMana Cocoa and Chocolate Tours.
“We’re offering ‘tree to bar’ tours of the cocoa farm and chocolate factory, to show visitors how chocolate is made, from the choosing and planting of the right cocoa varieties all the way through to the finished chocolate”, said Anne Moorhead, KokoMana Director and Chocolate Maker.
