South Pacific Marine Pte Limited, and its affiliate Nawi Island Pte Limited, are Fiji-based investment and development companies. We are located off the island of Vanua Levu in the North of Fiji, in the town of Savusavu, aptly referred to as the “Hidden Paradise”.
Our multifaceted Nawi Island development is currently in development and will feature Fiji’s largest boutique International Marina and Central Facility housing a Harbour Master building which will include a Chandlery, a Supermarket, together with the Administration Offices for marina operation. Stage 1 will also include Yachties’ bathroom and laundry facilities, a maintenance shed and the back of house area.
The Marina will comprise of 132 berths of which 21 are for Superyachts, with the largest berth catering for an 85m Superyacht. . This will soon be followed by the installation of Marina Services which includes water, sewerage pump out, power, fuel and gas facilities. Further development will include a 5-star resort and spa, 38 luxury private island residences and a 5.3 acre private island for sale. The development will also include an 11-acre freehold haul out, long-term storage and maintenance boatyard with a 150-boats capacity.
Nawi Island focus is on completing this development of an anticipated Category 5 Cyclone Rated island paradise which utilizes sustainable building and operational methodologies, materials, and processes.
With Nawi Island being one of the largest Integrated Marina developments in the South Pacific, this will no doubt put Fiji on the Yachting calender, open up doors to a wider tourism sector and more importantly, give a boost to the economy and the livelihoods of Fijians in and around the Northern part of Fiji.
