Fiji Sun, 29 August 2018 – Baristas from the Central Division yesterday engaged in fierce competition over who can make the best coffee.
Taking place over three days, the regional Piazza Doro/Yees Cold Storage Fiji Barista Competition is a battle for coffee dominance.
Coffee-makers represent different hotels and restaurants from their respective divisions at the meet, and organisers say contests can be red-hot.
