THE PEARL RESORT 26 February 2020 – Congratulations to Kamoe Voi who has been appointed in the role of Weddings Manager at The Pearl Resort, Spa & Golf Course.
Mr Voi grew up in Rotuma where he was raised by his late paternal grandparents until moving to Suva at the age of 15.
After graduating from John Wesley College he worked as a conveyance clerk at a law firm until joining the Church of Nazarene Head office as an office assistant.
Further advancing his skills he worked at FNPFs legal department as a settlement clerk until heading back to school and joining FNU to study for his Front Office Certificate.
From there he moved on to UNICEF as an inventory clerk. He resumed the role of Reservations Manager at The Pearl Resort in 2018 after gaining experience in both back and front of house.
Having just celebrated his three year anniversary with the resort, he is excited by this new challenge and opportunity.
His late grandma taught him to always believe in hard work and good manners which has been his motivation and guiding force.
We are excited to see what the future holds and look forward to even more positive growth for the resorts weddings department. Alalum ma kikia!
