Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian on the carrier acquiring 4.3% equity stake in Hanjin KAL, a Korean Air shareholder:
“Delta’s partnership with Korean Air is already one of our fastest-integrating and most successful partnerships”, adding the new investment is expected to “further strengthen our relationship as we continue to build on the value of the joint venture”.
