South Sea Cruises – New General Manager – Reservations & Customer Services

South Sea Cruises is delighted to announce the appointment of Lauren Mossop as General Manager – Reservations and Customer Service based in their Port Denarau office.

Lauren returns to South Sea Cruises having previously worked as our Australian based Sales Manager for Blue Lagoon Cruises from 2009, moving to Fiji in 2013 to take up the role of Sales Manager for South Sea Cruises based out of Fiji in 2013. Lauren and husband Jon have been working in resort management since 2015 in the Yasawa Islands and are happy to be back on the mainland yet still working with the Mamanuca and Yasawa Island groups.

Lauren started on 7th November,2019  and is looking forward to working with the entire South Sea Cruises team but especially with those in the reservations and customer service teams who are the face of our brands to our guests each and every day. Alongside this, Lauren looks forward to the opportunity to interact and work with our industry partners to ensure great customer service and fantastic experiences for their clients while travelling with South Sea Cruises.
