Fiji Sun, 07 March – Mana Island Resort & Spa – Fiji, a Deluxe Resort in the heart of the Mamanuca group of Islands, is delighted to announce the engagement of the Multi Award Winning Chef Richard Cross (pictured) as the resort’s Executive Chef from March 10th, 2017.
Chef Cross recently resigned from the Exclusive 5 Star Island Resort Huvafen Fushi in the Maldives. Prior to this, he was Executive Chef at JA Manafaru Maldives and formerly a Consultant Executive Chef with Coral Sea Hotels based in Papua New Guinea overseeing 8 of their hotels.
Chef Cross also successfully completed a contract with Celebrity Cruises as their Executive Chef where he was in charge of 180 Chefs and catered to 2400 guests at a time. Read more…
