Fiji Sun, Wed 24 Jan – Local handicraft traders appreciate the new wide walkway on the newly opened Stinson Bridge. In the six years the bridge was closed, visitors arriving on tourist vessels would walk straight into town, without going through the usual route by the sea-side, and past their handicraft stalls.These craftspeople are represented by the Suva Liner Association and have a membership of 71 skilled craftsmen and women, including micro business owners.
