Fiji Times Wednesday 14 June 2017 TWO local properties are set to be sold to the highest bidder at the end of this month as part of the New York-based Concierge Auctions, the global leader of luxury real estate auctions.
Matana Plantation on Koro Island and Navodo Bay, Vanua Levu would be sold as part of its June Portfolio Sale, a collection of the world’s finest properties that will be sold via the firm’s mobile bidding app.
A statement from Concierge Auctions said previously listed for $18.995 million, Matana Plantation will sell without reserve in co-operation with Clinton Selfridge of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty.
“It goes without saying that this is an extremely rare opportunity to own hundreds of untouched acres in the heart of paradise,” Mr Selfridge said.
