The Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji (MSAF) represented Fiji at an interactive workshop on General Principles of Drafting National Legislation to Implement International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Conventions.
The workshop was held from September 18 to 22, 2017, at the IMO Head Quarters in London and funded by the IMO International Technical Co-operation Programme.
“This was an opportunity for legislative drafters to understand the structure and processes of IMO and better equip them to draft and implement Maritime Legislations nationally,” said MSAF chief executive officer, John Tunidau. Read more…
