The Fiji Times, 10 July 2017 – GOVERNMENT will soon gazette the new national minimum wage of $2.68, of which the general public will be informed of its implementation date.
This is after Government increased the national minimum wage of $2.32 to $2.68 during the announcement of its 2017-2018 National Budget.
Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations Jone Usamate, in a statement yesterday, said the new wage rate would be implemented in due course. Read more…
