The Fiji Times, 19 July 2019 – THE Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is advising members of the public that Kings Road at Naqia will be reduced to single lane from Wednesday, July 24 to Wednesday, July 31 from 7am to 6pm daily for rock scaling works.
FRA Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Moore said as a consequence, there will be intermittent road closures and travelers along the area are advised to expect about 15 – 20 minutes’ delay.
He added Naqia has been prone to frequent rock falls every time there is a heavy rainfall, making it dangerous for travellers along the area.…read more
