(NATADOLA, FIJI) Tuesday 19th March 2019 – The multi award winning Spa InterContinental at Natadola Bay is delighted to introduce two new organic signature spa treatments that are aligned with the Resort’s sustainability and conservation efforts. These treatments are the Lomawai Salt Glow Treatment and the Natadola Bay Honey Experience.
The key ingredient in the Lomawai Salt Glow Treatment is the salt crystals that are traditionally made by the people of Lomawai Village. As part of our sustainability efforts, the Resort purchases salt from the village to be used in the Resorts kitchens as well as for use in the Spa.
The Natadola Bay Honey Experience uses honey that is produced in house compliments of three queen bees and over thirty thousand working bees. The honey produced from these bees is used both in the spa as well as served up in honeycombs in our Restaurants throughout the Resort.
