Wine Vendor, part of the Minle Group, has been a specialist in alcoholic beverages since 2016, based in Sydney, Australia. Initially supplying local delis, Casalingo evolved under Domenic and Carmine Jnr to focus on high-quality Italian products. Their state-of-the-art facility in Clayton now produces a range of offerings, including prosciutto, pancetta, chorizo, bresaola, salami, and fresh sausages, ensuring that the family’s commitment to quality and tradition remains at the heart of their business.
