Fiji Sun, 04 November 2017 – As exhibitors confirm their interest to be included in the annual tourism trade-show, the Fiji Hotel & Tourism Association (FHTA) is also adjusting their two-day programme to fit the variety of activities that will also be taking place during the exhibition.
FHTA’s Chief Executive Officer Fantasha Lockington confirmed that this year they wanted to make the trade-show more interactive and interesting while providing a forum for industry stakeholders to take part in seminars, informal training and discussion sessions. As well they wanted to provide more opportunities for people to watch industry experts display their individual skills.
The tourism industry tends to touch nearly every sector in Fiji, so people who are not in the industry yet but are intending to start a business, study or expand into tourism or simply want to soak up the atmosphere to understand what Fiji’s fastest growing industry and the country’s highest revenue earner is all about, can do so at HOTEC 2017.
