ACCOMMODATION
To ensure a comfortable stay, we’ve secured discounted accommodation at the event venue and partnered with other local hotels to offer exclusive discounts for attendees. Here are some options:
- Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort – event venue, approximately 14.7km from the Nadi International Airport Fully booked
- Fiji Gateway Hotel – opposite the Nadi International Airport and approximately 14.4km from the event venue
- Nadi Nalagi Hotel – approximately 6.4km from the Nadi International Airport and approximately 9.1km from the event venue
- Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa – 8.2km from the Nadi International Airport and approximately 11.1km from the event venue
Special rates will only be available when the bookings are made through the organisers. Special rates are applicable during 23rd to 25th October on first-come-first-serve basis. Upon registration, participants will receive a book form with details and discounted rates for their accommodation.
TRANSPORT
Domestic Travel: To facilitate attendance, we’ve arranged discounts on domestic air travel with Fiji Airways’ subsidiary, Fiji Link. Special rates are available for hotel managers, owners, directors, and procurement’/purchasing officers, traveling from around Fiji.
Regional Travel: Hoteliers from regions outside of Fiji can also benefit from discounted air travel with Fiji Airways; excluding codeshare routes.
Local Transport: due to the restricted numbers of car park space at the event venue, shuttle schedules and options between accommodation venues are being finalised for ease of transport for visitors to and from the tradeshow. Visitors can register for specific routes for the tradeshow and/or evening functions and this will be at a subsidised cost.
