Fiji Times Monday 14 August 2017 FORTY SEVEN local crafters will have Fijian made labels on their products after they were handed licences.
The licences were awarded to the craftsmen during the National Craft Exhibition Awards presided by the Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation Mereseini Vuniwaqa.
The group were identified by the Fiji Arts Council for their exceptional skills in carving items.
She said the Fijian Made and Buy Fijian Campaign was introduced by Government in 2009 to help promote and raise the profile of Fijian made products and produce, both domestically and internationally, through a national branding strategy. Read more…
