It was my first time in Fiji and I was blessed with the opportunity to manage this outstanding property. One of Marriott’s core values is to celebrate cultural diversity and inclusion and I had witnessed hundreds of people of many nationalities and skills work closely together to create and open the first Marriott Hotel here in beautiful Momi Bay on April 1st, 2017. Since then our Marriott Service culture has well merged with Fiji’s warm Bula Spirit.” Quoting General Manager, Silvano Dressino.
