Expressions of Interest (EOI)
The Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF) and the Fiji Hotel &Tourism Association (FHTA) under its FEHFA Partnership invite interested companies and organizations to express their Expressions of Interest (EOI) for available rentable area on the basement, ground floor and First floor of their new state of the art building.
A Three Storey Reinforced Concrete Structure is constructed on a 1000 m2 site at 42 Gorrie Street, it comprises of: –
- Basement Floor Level which includes Car-parking & Storage with a rentable area of 171m2 – 325m2 of Office Floor Space at Ground Level –
- 440m2 of Office Floor Space at First Floor Level. –
- Concrete paving around the Building with associated Fencing Works. –
- All amenities including air conditioning. –
- Secure location with close proximity to a Police Post. –
- 10 minutes walk from town –
- Easily accessible location, away from traffic and congestion of the CBD
Note
The FEFHA Partnership will be occupying one level, dependant on preference of successful tenant.
Expressions of Interest are to be submitted latest by 5.00pm, on June 31st, 2015 in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows:
