Additionally, Finance Manager, Leena Pillay, earned the distinction of being “Highly Commended” in the Finance Associate of the Year category.
The HM Awards celebrated last month in Auckland, New Zealand, regarded as the premier awards for the accommodation industry in the Asia-Pacific region, recognize excellence across teams, individuals, and properties. These accolades highlight the unwavering commitment to service excellence that defines the Hilton Fiji properties.
Ana Nasilasila, a seasoned HR professional with four decades of experience in the tourism and hospitality sectors, has been instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture at Hilton Fiji Beach Resort & Spa and DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Fiji, Sonaisali Island. Her innovative practices and dedication to nurturing talent have set benchmarks for diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement in the hospitality industry. Under her leadership, the Hilton properties in Fiji has consistently been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” for the pass three consecutive years – the only hotel company in Fiji to achieve this accolade.
