Fiji Sun, Sunday 4 Feb – Chocolate made from Fiji cocoa beans is now sold in Paris, Vancouver, and San Fransisco.
Founder of Cello Chocolate and founder of Cacao Fiji Limited, Arif Khan, who established his company in 2014 say the company is producing world class cocoa beans. Samples of their cocoa bean have been sent to Spain, Belgium and Helsinki in Finland.
Through the resurgence of craft chocolate movement, Fiji has been able to compete as a specialty product, no doubt promoting Fiji to chocolate lovers around the world.Read in Fiji Sun
