Some of our hotel products are manufactured from recycled materials and have been designed to extend their useful life by our manufacturers adhering to strict quality guidelines. Integral to our quality offering as suppliers to hotels is our high level of customer service. We offer a 24 hour, seven days a week service ensuring our customer orders are processed immediately. Responses to quotations for hotel supplies are provided within 48 hours using comprehensive distribution contracts , benchmarked to key performance indicators (KPI), to ensure the level of our Service delivery.
