Fiji Sun, 01 August 2018 – Three baristas from Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort have qualified to represent the resort at the annual Coral Coast Coffee Barista Competition to be held this month.
The trio was selected by an independent food industry judge to be the best from 13 Outrigger barista contestants.
Other than the prestige of representing their resort in the regional finals, the aim of the contest is to build and develop more confidence and understanding in all food and beverage outlets on how to meet guests’ expectations and make the best coffee possible in the resort’s restaurants and bars.
