Asia Pacific airline RPK growth ‘picked up slightly’ in Apr-2019 but remains ‘well below’ the long term average

Scheduled airline demand across Asia Pacific, measured in revenue passenger kilometres (RPKs), “picked up slightly” recording a +2.1% rise in year-on-year growth in Apr-2019 (up from +1.9% in Mar-2019) but still remains “well below” the long term average, according to latest insight from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).Read more…
