Air Niugini, via its official Facebook and Twitter accounts, announced (22-Oct-2018) the deferral of twice weekly Port Moresby-Shanghai Pudong service previously scheduled to commence on 23-Oct-2018 until 24-Nov-2018 (Post-Courier/Routes Online, 22-Oct-2018). The carrier said it has “invested heavily” to achieve the goal of opening the Chinese market to Papua New Guinea, and plans to “complete this venture at the earliest possible opportunity”.
