The Fiji Times, 27 December 2017 – SEVERAL insurance providers are expected to be affected when the new Accident Compensation Act comes into force next year.
The new law, which comes into effect on January 1, 2018, will essentially replace the existing Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance cover.
One such insurance provider — Tower Insurance Fiji — has projected loss of policies and revenue as a result of the new legislation. Read more…
