Fiji’s largest trade event for the tourism and hospitality sectors, HOTEC, takes place from 7th to 8th November 2019 at the Sheraton Fiji Resort on Denarau, Fiji.
The event is an unparalleled opportunity for local and international business people in the hospitality, equipment, food & beverage, food service, and packaging industries to scope local markets, establish new trade relationships and broaden their presence within Fiji.
Show highlights include its scope, with approximately 30 national and international exhibitors in the largest convention space in Fiji cementing its place as the premier opportunity to exhibit to those who matter. A floor space stretching across a total area of 18,891 sq ft (1,755m²), HOTEC will boast exhibitors relevant to all aspects of the hospitality, food service and, hotel and accommodation industry.
This year marks the 16th HOTEC event held in Fiji and organizers are committed to facilitating networking and business opportunities for our local and international exhibiting suppliers as well as our local hoteliers and industry visitors through an interactive exhibition and dynamic program of social events.
Along with exhibitor booths, the program being planned aims to offer a variety of opportunities for people to watch and learn from the many facets that make up the tourism industry.

Exhibitors are advised to bring their own display stands, shelves, high tables, racks or coolers/refrigerators.
Exhibition Spaces include an option of either a 3 meter (back wall) by 3 meter (side wall) or a 6 meter (back wall) by 3 meter (side wall) area space. The cost of each booth has been packaged for 2 company representatives ONLY. *Conditions will apply*

Booth allocation for 2019 are as follows:
Payment of all undisputed amount is due within 30 days of exhibitor’s receipt of invoice from FHTA. Payment details are noted on the provided invoice. Any registrations received and invoiced less than 30 days prior to event must be paid no later than 18 October 2019.

Note: A Cancellation Policy applies for any cancellation of registration.
Once a completed online Registration Form has been received, any cancellation must be advised in writing to, and acknowledged by, the Event Coordinator. If the cancellation is received;
- more than 40 days (by 27th September) prior to the event – full refund
- less than 40 days to 25 days (28th September – 11th October) prior to the event – an administration fee of 50% of the total price is retained
- less than 25 days (from 12th October) prior to the event, NO REFUND is applicable.
