SUMMARY:FHTA COVID Safe Training 2022 - Testing Compliance
DESCRIPTION:Due to high demand\, the COVID Testing portion of FHTA’s COVID Safe Training will be held in Nadi on Wednesday\, 20 April 2022. This is a face-to-face charged training that will be conducted by the FHTA Secretariat and supported by the Ministry of Health & Medical Services (MOHMS) and the Fiji Centre for Disease Control (CDC). \nThis session will focus primarily on understanding the compliance requirements for certification as a non-laboratory testing provider. This certification will be provided by MOHMS following a site inspection\, but your completion of the training and submission of the compliance checklist will provide you with provisional approval to conduct your own testing. \nPart of the session will also be training for the correct application of a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) with oversight by the Sub Divisional Medical Officer (SDMO) from the MoHMS. A team from the Fiji CDC will also be on hand to discuss the Tamanu reporting app expected to be rolled out for tourism operators’ use. \nParticipants will be certified as being trained by medical professionals for this testing process\, will be able to on-train other staff at their resorts\, can test their own staff and guests\, and report results. \nSESSION:\nTime: 10am-12pm \nDate: Wednesday\, 20 April 2022 \nVenue: Tanoa International Hotel\, Nadi \nREGISTRATION FEE:\nFHTA MEMBER – $100 VIP (per participant) \nNON-MEMBER – $150 VIP (per participant) \nTARGET\nOur Target audience is primarily Accommodation Providers (Wellness Ambassadors and Front Office staff who deal directly with guests) in remote areas/islands and preferably\, but not restricted to\, small to medium size properties. \n#work #health #digital #australia #wellness #medical #covid #content #training #fiji #hotel #tourism #association #fhta #fhtafiji
