Save the Date: Hotel Food Waste Convening

In 2017, World Wildlife Fund and the American Hotel & Lodging Association, supported by the Rockefeller Foundation, launched HotelKitchen.org. A comprehensive resource for hotels to reduce and manage their food waste, informed by several US demonstrations.
In April 2018, the World Wildlife Fund, WRAP and the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) are convening the hospitality sector in Singapore in preparation of scaling the Hotel Kitchen program to Asia and beyond. This free event will bring together industry thought leaders from the region to explore opportunities and resources available to reduce food waste in hotels.
