Industrial Relations Training: Employment Dispute, Employment Grievance and Disciplinary Process

At end of this one day training, participant should be able to develop their business/organisation’s Employment Grievance and Dispute policy
Brief Summary of the Course:
The training will proceed on the assumption that all the participants come from a work environment that already has a strategic business plan for long term, and an annual plan for the short term with a human resources policy specifically designed to make the aforementioned plan(s) happen.
Emphasis shall be placed on managing disputes where unions are present and/or grievances where the affected Employee chooses to take up the issue personally irrespective of whether there is a union present.
A practical approach shall be adopted with group exercises (including role plays) and face to face teaching designed to make learning easier and fun.

Mr. Noel Tofinga is the IR Consultant with the Fiji Commerce & Employment Federation. He is a HR & IR practitioner with almost 3 decades of experience, is an internationally accredited Mediator and is also a FNU accredited trainer.
