Free Coral ID Workshop: USP 21st June 2018, 9am-4pm

For interested members with their own coral reef monitoring programmes – a free workshop is available on coral identification from world expert Doug Fenner (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Protected Species program) on 21st June 2018 at 9am-4pm.

This workshop will be held at the University of the South Pacific, Lower Campus at the School of Marine Studies Conference Room (opposite fish display tank). The training workshop covers identification of coral species listed as threatened under the U.S. Endangered Species Act and common corals of your area.
